Z-p mission 7 part 3

The battle between the two infected was keeping up as they were still fiercely trading blows. Both were covered with multiples wounds and bruises on their bodys. Panting of exhaustion , they were staring at eachother before dashing toward one another and end up in a clinch, trying to push the other over.

'' I reckon you are a better fighter than i tought you were, but accept reality. You are far weaker than i am, your wounds are way more severe than mines.''

Mat kept his grip tight and threw his opponent another grin.

'' If i'm so weak, how come you're still not moping the floor with my face? Don't get cocky just because you have fangs and claws you punk! I had it worse than that before!'' He said confidently.

'' Crap, that guy is not bluffing at all. '' He tought. '' His hits are heavier than i tough, and my wounds are getting too deep. It really starts to hurt. But i can't lose! I have to succeed this time. Concentrate damnit!''

'' HA HA HA! You're not bluffing anyone! I can see you are getting tired. I think it's time i finish you off for good!''

Shayton suddently started to push harder and make the hare infected to topple over. Mat painfully resisted as he was suffering of his injuries. Taking advantage of his opponent state, Shayton forced once more and pushed the hare infected away and followed with a punch in the gut, making Mat hold his stomach in pain and back away a few steps before falling on his knees! spitting a pinch of blood, Mat painfully tried to get up as he was remembering the last time he was overpowered by Nyra.''

'' Ahh... aaah..... can't.... lose... again. Tired.... of loosing.'' He said while breathing heavily.

'' HA HA HA! I hardly think you're playing comedy anymore! You're suffering seems much real to my pleasure! But you're about to know what real pain is! I assure you you're gonna suffer the right way punny rodent! GWAHAHA!

At those words, Shayton rushed straight toward his opponent and aimed a punch that Mat suddently stopped by grabbing it. Shayton tried to punch him one more time with his other hand that also got grabbed by the hare infected.''

'' Hrrrgh! I always hated stubborn assholes like you! Give it up already you pathetic piece of shit! You don't stand a... OOF!!!'' Mat interrupted him with a strike to the stomach with is knee.

'' I'm a hare god fucking damnit! AND THERE'S NO WAY I'M LOSING TO ONE OF YOU TAMED SCUM AGAIN !!!''

Mat followed his offensive with a headbut, a serie of punches to the face and several kicks in his stomach. He finished his combo with a stronger kick to make his opponent stand back a few meters. Shayton growled in anger and just dashed blindly at his opponent once more.

'' KEEP RUNNING THAT MOUTH! IT WON'T CHANGE THE FACT YOU'RE GOING TO DIE! YOU'RE JUST RETARTING THE INEVITABLE!!!''

The hyaenodon jumped in the air to deliver a mid-air strike, as Mat took a defensive stance to counter the hit. But much to his surprise, Shayton suddently received an incredible kick to the face, sending him flying to the other side of the room. Mat could only widen his eyes as he saw his general land in front of him with a wide grin.

Eon: '' Aaaah! That kick felt INCREDIBLY good! HA HA HA !''

The speechless hare infected still stared at his general with incomprehension. Eon turned around to see his comrade with the funniest of expressions.

'' Well? What's the matter? Thylacide got you're tongue? OH OH OH! You should see you're face right now! Priceless!''

'' E... EON? But... how did you?.... when did you?.... you freed yourself? How did you got out of here? And the guards? And...

Eon just nonchalentely pointed out with her thumb the two GG guardians uncounsious on the floor without their helmets on.

'' Huh? How did you knocked them out so easily?''

'' You don't know the weakness of GG guardians by now? Somebody forgot to do his homewooork.'' She grinned.

'' But... then how did you freed yourself in there?''

'' Oh, it was quite easy actually. I simply broke the devices that were helding me with brute forces. Those toys are really fragile if you ask me. I'm afraid you came for nothing! X) ''

''...............WHAAAT??? You're joking right? You can't be serious!''

'' HA HA HA! Of course i'm not, you silly bun! Someone came to free me. I guess it must be your partner yes?''

'' Partner? But i came alone! I don't under...''

Being interrupted one more time, Mat saw Florence,in her symbiote form, popping from behind his general with her usual childish smile. '' Hi mister hare! Din't expect me show up huh? Ha ha ha!'' Look, i freed you're general all by myself! That's good right?'' The hare infected showed the same face he had upon seeing her at the base earlier, but quicly changed to an angry expression. Florence knew what was coming to her and backed off a little. '' Uh oh.... maybe it's actually not...'' Mat quickly approached the little girl and pointed his finger at her nose.

'' WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING HERE??? I TOUGHT I TOLD YOU TO STAY AT THE BASE FLORENCE! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR EARS? YOU ARE IN BIG TROUBLE YOUNG LADY!''

Eon didn't quite understand what was all fuss about, but she didn't seemed to like seeing him yell at the one who actually freed her. So she went between the two and interrupted his scolding by backing off his finger and pointing her own againste his nose as well.

'' Don't you dare to scold this little girl, or you'll be the one who will be scolded! Understood?'' She said with a ton of blame. The hare infected awkwardly backed off and lowered his ears.

'' But... but...''

'' Eeeh eeh! You heard her. She's you're general right? You gotta do what she says! ^^''

'' Rrrrh... don't think you're getting away like that missy, this is NOT over!''

'' HEY! ARE YOU BUNCH OF COCK SUCKERS GONNA PAY ATTENTION TO ME OR WHAT??? SOMEBODY FIGHT ME RIGHT NOW OR I'LL BE THE ONE TO COME TO YOU!''

The two infected looked at their mad enemy while Florence hiding herself in fear behind his protector's legs. Eon grinned and stepped on.

'' Well, looks like you took quite a beating. It'll be my pleasure to finish the job. Mat, you take some rest, you are heavily injured. I will handle the... huh?''

Mat walked up and putted his arm in front of her like he wanted to stop her from going further. Eon looked at him awkwardly.

'' Mat...?''

'' No... i'm the one taking care of this. You stay behind and watch!''

'' What? But you're badly injured. You should...'' The hare infected interrupted her by turning his head and look intensely at her.

'' Sorry, but today, i'm not the one being rescued. Today, I'M the rescuer. I know this is selfish considering he's you're nemesis, but i need to finish this fight myself. I don't want to be resuced anymore. Please! Allow me to finish this fight alone. I'm asking you humbly.''

Eon was surprised at how determined to fight he looked. Him that usually didn't even liked fighting. She closed her eyes and sighed while crossing her arms.

'' Hmph... fine. He's all yours, but you better make this entertaining. I want to see some ass kicking action in the good way. ''

The hare infected lowered his arm and grinned and smiled at her. '' Thanks Eon.''

'' Don't mention it, now go kick his ass already!'' She said with a thumbs up.

Mat walked toward his opponent and took a fight stance. '' Come get some. We're about to finish this fight for good!'' Shayton growled and jumped at him ferociously. Both entered another savage trade of blows, but Mat seemed to be more careful about avoiding hits this time. He seemed to fight way more seriously than before. Eon smiled at the show.

'' Well well, i didn't know our good 'ol hare had such an ego. He seems to be way more serious in fighting when he have an public watching him. ''

Shayton was starting to get tired as well and receive more hits than he gave to his oponent. The hare infected took advantage of his state and punched him several time in the face before making him trip and kick him in the guts.

'' Sheesh boy, you're on fire. Where does that come from?'' Said his parasite.

'' I'm not allowed to lose in front of my general. There's nothing else to say.''

Shayton was really getting frustrated. As he saw his foe was starting to overpower him. He looked at the hare with a psycho look in his face.''

'' RAAAGH! THAT'S FUCKING IT! NO MORE PLAYING! I'M GONNA KILL YOU! I'M GONNA TORTURE AND KILL YA'LL, YOU HEAR ME? KILL YOU ALL!''

Shayton curiously started to change shape and took his parasitic form. The Hyanodon took advantage of the surprise effect to jump directly at his opponent shoulder and bit him.

'' HEY! OWW! GET OFF ME YOU FREAK!''

'' Hmm, typical of him. He always does that when he's getting too beaten.''

Not used at fighting parasitic forms, Mat had a hard time catching the Hyanodon that was heavily biting him all over his body at this point. All covered in wounds and blood, Florence had a hard time seeing Mat getting teared appart. She wanted to help him, but was too scared and just tightened herself around Eon's leg. Seeing the situation was getting a bit out of hand, Eon putted her hand on top of the chinchilla infected and smiled at her.

'' Don't worry, it's gonna be fine.'' She said to comfort her.

'' H.... huh...?''

Eon placed her hands around her mouth and yelled. '' HEY BUNNY BOY! I S THAT ALL YOU GOT? I WAS EXPECTING MORE THAN THAT YOU KNOW? BUNNY BOOOY!''

At those words, Mat's eyes widened and smoke came out of his nostrils. He just had about enough of everything right now.

'' RHAAAAA I'M A HAAAARRHGBUKDGRGHUI!!!'' He suddently grabbed the Hyanodon's tail ,that was on his back, and started to smash him heavily on the ground repeatidly

'' He wasn't even able to catch at first, and now look at him. He looks like an angry Hulk.''

'' Heeey... i know he didn't liked being called that, but i didn't imagin he could take it so badly.''

After calming down, Mat lifted the Thylacide in the air, seeing that it was now uncounsious and beated, he walked over his general and dropped it in front of her.

'' Oh oh oh! You really beated him to a pulp!'' She said with her arm crossed.

'' I tough i said i didn't want any help.''

Eon grinned and playfully got close his face. '' Whaaaaat? I can't ear you over all this AWESOME!'' The hare infetced slightly blushed and turned away.

'' You look pretty messed up tough, we should head back to base right away to heal your wounds.''

'' Hmm, right. Come on Florence. We're leavin....... Shhhhhhhit.....

The small group froze in fear as they saw an army of many different soldiers arriving in front of them. They were obviously back from the little chase they had earlier with Florence. A GG ninja steped up in front of his army.

'' Don't move an inch infecteds, you are surrounded. Give up or suffer the consequences.''

Both Mat and Eon sweatropped and smiled awkwardly at eachothers '' Hey! I heard you were pretty good at escaping. Care to show me a demonstration?''

'' He he... one demonstration coming right up my general. At my signal, run toward my direction.''

'' Allright, i had enough. Mens, capture these three in...''

'' NOW!!!''

In a fraction of seconds, the hare infetced grabbed Florence with one hand and runned toward the wall, followed by his general. '' LET'S SCRAM KICKING STYLE!''

'' OH FOR THE LOVE OF... FIRE! FIRE! GO AFTER THEM. I SWEAR TO GOD, DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY AGAIN!!!''

Mat crushed the wall in front of him and escaped outside with his fellow infected. Chased by a series of lasers, the two infected easily outstripped them with their trademark speed.

'' Ha ha! Good job! I hardly think they're gonna catch up to us! Let's head back home!

'' Allright, take the lead, i'll follow you.''

Florence was clinging on Mat's shoulder as she turned her head to look behind her. Her eyes suddently widened in fear. She shook Mat's ear in panic.

'' AH! AAAH! MR. HARE! BEHIND US!''

'' What? What's behind u...'' *SWISH* The hare infected suddently had a severe cut to his left cheek as he saw a plasma arrow frolling his face. He growled in pain and looked behind him, just to discover an army of about 50 Archangels were after them in the distance.

'' Oh no! Oh no! This is bad. Even if we can distance them, the range of their arrrows are way to wide. It's too dangerous to try to just outrun them. And they almost got Florence too. I need to find a solution real qucik. Mat clenched his teeths in annoyment as he couldn't think of something that quickly. He sighed and suddently grasped Florence's body with his hand.

'' Sorry about that Florence.''

'' Hey? W... wha? What are you doin..'' The little girl couldn't finish her sentence as she was already thrown in the air like a football toward Eon.''

'' AAAAAAAAAAH!'' She landed on Eon's head much to her surprise. Florence awkwardly graped on her as The thylacid responded in anger.''

'' HEY! WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?'' But then, she discovered the swarm of archangels and widened her eyes as well. But still much to her surprise, she saw Mat standing before them.

'' MAT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WE NEED TO LEAVE AT ONCE OR THEY'LL GET US FOR SURE! LET'S GO!''

'' You two are way more important than i am. We can't afford to lose a general! And i certainly can't afford to put you in danger Florence. Go away right now. I'll deal with them in some way.''

'' DON'T BE INSANE! YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY DEAFEAT AN ARMY OF ARCHANGELS JUST LIKE THAT! YOU'LL GET KILLED FOR SURE.''

'' I don't care! I'll lure them away or something. i made my choice! LEAVE RIGHT NOW OR WE'LL ALL PASS AWAY!''

Eon groaned in annoyment and putted down Florence before rushing toward his soldier and pulling his ear down.

'' OW! OW! What are you..''

'' Don't act too rash damnit! You think i can just leave you like that? Listen, i think i have a plan, but it will only work if you do as i say, so listen to me. I won't reapeat it!'' Eon muttered something in the hare infected's ear before letting it go. Mat surprisingly smiled at his general.''

'' Heeey! That's a good plan. And we might even damage their base in the process too.''

'' Yeahm i know, they're getting near, so we should start executing the plan right away. Ready?''

'' Ready!''

Both infected started running toward the army of archangels. Then when they were about at 100 meters from them, they splitted up in two different directions. As expected, the archangles splitted in two as well, each group chasing after a different infected. They ran around avoinding their multiple strays of arrows as much as possible. Being slighlty faster than the archangels, they had little trouble outrunning them.

'' MAT! HOW IS IT GOING ON YOUR SIDE?''

'' iT'S HOT HOT HOT HOT HOT! BUT I'M HANGING IN THERE! ''

'' ALLRIGHT! LET'S GO TO PHASE 2!''

'' GOT IT!''

Both Eon and Mat headed toward the GG base. The soldiers looked at them coming.

'' Ha ha! Good, i knew sending the archangels were a good idea. They're coming right toward u.... wait....oh no! NO!

The soldiers were all starting to panick as they saw the archangles were still shooting their steem of arrows upon approaching the base.

'' THOSE IDIOTS ARE GONNA SHOOT US TOO! STOP IT! WE'LL HANDLE THEM OURSELVES! THEY'RE NEAR ENOUGH! STOOOOP!''

However, instead of running into the group of soldiers, both infected took advantage of the confusion and splitted up at a different side of the base each. Mat to the left side and Eon to the right side.

The archangels didn't stop their firing and shooted the base non stop.

'' AAAARGH! THOSE IDIOTS ARE DESTROYING THE FRICKIN BASE! STOOOOOOOOP!''

When the two infected reached the other side of the building they smiled and did an high five as they quickly passed eachother. Too concentrated at shooting at their preys, they forgot to look in front of them. We could suddently hear many sounds of archangels colliding themselves with eachothers in the air. The GG ninja twitched as he saw explosions and archangels falling like flies . Eon and Mat ran away right after the collision and regrouped.

'' HA HA HA! It totally worked worked. Now let's go fetch your little friend and get back home.''

'' Ha ha! Right. I think i see her she's....... AH!''

Mat freaked out as he saw Florence was chased by another sole Archangle shooting at her in the distance. The little girl was painfully trying to avoind getting shot and was crying in desperation.

'' AAAH! AAAAH! SOMEBODY HELP ME! PLEAAAASE!''

''NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!'' Mat suddently accelerated and left his general in the dust.

'' *Cough* *Cough* MAT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?''

The hare infected didn't ear a single thing, he focused his sight on the archangel at incredible speed and suddently made a jump of 150 meters high before spinning in the air and strike the archangel in the back, breaking his wings in the process. Mat fell on the ground on his feets, while the archangel heavily landed uncounsious next to him .Mat held his foot in pain as he most likely touched the plasma of the wings upon impact. Florence ran quickly over him with tears flowing down her cheeks.

'' Aaaah, mr. hare, thanks for saving me. I really... i really tought i was gonna die.''

'' Jesus christ Florence, don't ever scare me like that again. Come on up on my back, we're leaving right now.''

'' But... but you're foot, it's bleeding!''

'' My whole flippin body is bleeding Florence. I'll handle it until we get back to base.''

'' All... allright.''

After this, Eon finnaly catched up with them.'' Whoa dude, that jump was incredible! I didn't know you could jump that high. What's gotten into you all of a sudden?''

'' I don't know... i guess it must be that things mothers does when they see their children in danger. It makes them lift trucks and shit. I guess it was something like that.'' He said while looking down.''

'' Allright, well, we better get back to base to patch you up. You clearly overdid it today. Look at you, your whole body is covered in red.''

'' Hmmm, i just did what i had to do. Let's just go home already.''

'' By the way, i think i remember you still owe me a race yeah? How about you and i race to the harmony?''

'' Herf... i'd like too, but my right foot is fucked up right now, maybe another time.''

'' Hmm, allright. Let's just take it easy for now, it's true you had it rough you silly bun.''

The hare infected curiously didn't responded.

'' Hey, it's quite unusual of you to not repsond to teasing. And you look drowsy too, you feeling allright?''

'' It's... it's okay, i think i may have lost too much blood, my vision is getting kinda blurry. Don't worry, it'll heal pretty fast i guess. But don't tease me tough. It's not fair if i can't respond.''

'' He he. In the contrary, i think i'll enjoy the most of it while it lasts, it's pretty rare to tease you without freaking out!'' She said playfully. Florence also giggled as the hare infected groaned in annoyment.

'' Hurf... you girls...''

ONE MORE TO GO! God, i almost spent an entire day on this. I really suck at planning my writing. I envy you guys who can write awesome stuff like this. I really need to work on my writting skills. Describing scenes really isn't my strong suit. Anyway, i hope ya enjoyed it. Also, i know the screenshot sucks. And Mat is supposed to look way bigger in comparaison with Eon, but for the sake of the pose i wanted, it had to go like this. XD I hope it'll look better upon completion. =__=;

Also, sorry if it's filled with typos. I really don't have time to check it. DX
